Returns

Merchandise will be accepted for exchange or refund if returned in as-new condition within 30 days of receipt.  All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt.

Special Orders, engraved merchandise and final sale items will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

All refunds will be given in the same method of payment as the original purchase.  If the item was a gift, a store credit will be issued.  Store credits are valid for 1 year from the issue date.

Returns may also be brought to our retail location at the above address.

Please allow 10 business days for returns to be processed once they are received at our retail location.

Engraving services are available on certain items.  If you would like to have an item engraved please contact customer service toll-free at 1(888) 800-0020.

Engraving Charges start at $25.00 and up.

Engraved merchandise will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
